Prior to the pandemic we were engaged to create an exciting incentive programme for the 22 high achievers of this financial software company. As the world changed the need to still incentivise the group was even greater. So the brief was revised to create personalised itineraries for the participants in their own regions.
Working with the HR team, personal data was collected ensuring that we captured the participants most desired goals and understood everything they personally enjoyed. From here, tailor made itineraries were created including private villa bookings, Michelin starred dining experiences, private Chef to cater a party in a home and family trips to Disneyland Paris. Bookings were made with flexible T&Cs to ensure changes could be made.
