Your brief is shared amongst the team and our creative juices start flowing. Contact is then made with the venues that we believe would be most compatible with your event. We check availability, provisionally hold space and collate all information.
Following our research, we advise you of our findings and discuss the options with you, in your most preferred form of communication. Thereafter a detailed report follows with line by line costing.
Having selected your preferred options we will arrange site visits to view the venues and we would be more than happy to accompany you if required. At this point, using our contacts and magic we aim to negotiate the best possible rates for you.
Confirmations are then sent to yourself and the venue clearly detailing everything that is being held on your behalf. Contracts are then raised by the venue and sent to you for your approval and signature.
