Brief Taking

This is the first and most important step in fully understanding your requirements. Taking a detailed brief ensures we find the most suitable venues for your event.



Your brief is shared amongst the team and our creative juices start flowing. Contact is then made with the venues that we believe would be most compatible with your event. We check availability, provisionally hold space and collate all information.


The Proposal

Following our research, we advise you of our findings and discuss the options with you, in your most preferred form of communication. Thereafter a detailed report follows with line by line costing.


Preferred Options

Having selected your preferred options we will arrange site visits to view the venues and we would be more than happy to accompany you if required. At this point, using our contacts and magic we aim to negotiate the best possible rates for you.



Confirmations are then sent to yourself and the venue clearly detailing everything that is being held on your behalf. Contracts are then raised by the venue and sent to you for your approval and signature.



We remain on hand to answer any questions you may have. We are at the end of the phone, or a quick email away, throughout the event. Afterwards, your feedback is very important to us as it allows us to continually understand your requirements.
