The Brief

Our client, a leading fintech client, who held an annual event, requested us to source a venue within Europe to host their flagship Global Customer Event. Accessibility was a priority with good international flight access for a worldwide audience. Temenos also required an event management solution which extended to delegate registration both pre-event and onsite, delegate payments, ground arrangements together with exhibition management.

Within Europe, with facilities able to offer such large meeting space which included a large plenary room, seated catering and multiple large capacity breakout rooms, obtaining availability was a significant challenge. Negotiation of a cost effective overflow accommodation rate across several properties was required for the delegates, who pay to attend. Finding attractive and functional external dinner locations for this size group whilst maintaining a “wow” factor to surpass the previous destination was also required.


The event was staged at The Hilton Bomonti Hotel & Conference Centre – a newly opened property. The venue was chosen due to its ease of access, size and scale of the meeting space and competitive rates following extensive negotiation with Conference Contacts. Having set an expectation of service levels with the hotel prior to arrival, we worked in partnership with the hotel to deliver another outstanding event which was universally acknowledged as the most well received client forum to date.
