The Brief

To deliver the EMEA edition of a global customer event series, bringing together more than 1,000 network professionals from over 50 countries.

 

The three-day conference needed to strengthen relationships with key IP networking customers while providing practical insight into emerging technologies including automation, security and AI-driven network operations.

 

As part of a wider global programme, the event needed to maintain a premium experience while operating within the same budget framework as the previous year, despite rising supplier costs.

Key Challenges

  • Delivering a business-focused technology conference within a resort-style venue environment
  • Managing international logistics for more than 1,000 delegates travelling from over 50 countries
