The Brief

To source and secure a London venue suitable for a high-profile industry awards ceremony celebrating excellence across the kitchen design sector. The awards had outgrown their previous venue, so the client needed a larger space capable of hosting a more ambitious show-led format while maintaining the prestige of the event.

 

The venue needed strong visual character and the technical capability to support a full awards production including staging, presenters and live entertainment, while accommodating approximately 400 guests for networking, dining and the live awards presentation.

  • Shortlisted four venues and provided clear summaries outlining the strengths and considerations of each option
  • Recommended The Troxy for its striking Art Deco architecture, integrated stage and balcony layout, and strong technical infrastructure suited to a show-led awards format
  • Negotiated venue terms and coordinated closely with the venue team to secure the preferred date and package
