The Brief

A 300-delegate customer and partner conference for a rapidly expanding technology provider, designed to strengthen relationships and showcase future innovation.

 

The brief required an accessible yet distinctive venue that aligned with the client’s sustainability ambitions and allowed for extensive branding. We proposed a striking East London location known for its architectural transparency and strong environmental credentials.

 

While the location initially challenged expectations, the flexibility of the space enabled us to create an immersive, fully branded environment that combined plenary content, exhibition and networking within one cohesive setting.

 

The result was a confident, visually impactful conference that reflected the client’s forward-thinking ethos and delivered a seamless delegate experience.

Our Approach

  • Secured one of the world’s greenest buildings aligned to the client’s values
  • Designed and coordinated extensive vinyl branding across internal and external glass walls
  • Utilised a 350-seat auditorium for plenary sessions and transformed the concourse into a networking and exhibition hub with in the venue’s interactive exhibition space
  • Created a bespoke welcome display in the venue’s 3-metre digital wall to create immediate visual impact
  • Managed full event delivery including venue liaison, production coordination and delegate management
