Mauritius- a visit to the edge of paradise
By Paul Ratcliffe
It’s been a f
ew years since we operated a group to Mauritius so it was high time we got some up to date information on the new developments. Naturally, the only way to do this was to fly out there for a few days…the things we do for our clients!I spent the first two nights at one of our favourite properties, Sun Resorts most famous hotel, La Touessrok Resort which is just as wonderful as ever. The guest rooms have recently undergone a major refurbishment and look fabulous. It’s beautiful and we can still get rooms for groups at a reasonable rate for the right group at the right time of year.

Athens – ‘Greece’ is the word!
By Martin Ellis
Athens, city of the ancients. But it’s also got a great deal to offer the modern business person, with an excellent selection of hotels and conference venues, catering for all sizes of event. First there is the Athens Hilton, a very modern hotel with great facilities, superb guest rooms and the amazing Galaxy Bar. This is THE place to be on a night out in Athens, and whilst our happy group was enjoying itself, we were joined by none other than Mr Easyjet himself, Stelios! Clearly a man with good taste.
