This event was the second in a series of internal training events, having seen the CC team travel to Lisbon earlier this year to deliver phase one.
Taking the same group of delegates to the next stage of the programme, the brief was to coordinate a three day programme to accommodate 250 people cabaret style with staging, breakout rooms and additional quiet meeting space. The client also required external evening entertainment for their delegates.

As the event was for the same group of delegates, the program needed to be very different, engaging and interactive, whilst maintaining a focus on budget.
Language barrier and time differences.
Each delegate received a tablet which held all the conference material. These had to be programmed correctly and all requiring WIFI.
Police escorts were required for the airport transfers and in transporting guests to their evening entertainment.
Having created a great partnership with a local DMC, we were able to provide the client with everything from insect repellent to assistance with tablet programming. A local production company was vetted and sourced to assist with our AV requirements, with the conference event being held at the Grand Hyatt.
Guests enjoyed a stunning outside dinner at Tamarind springs, a beautiful setting with great traditional food and dancers.
